SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Shipping And Handling Fees)

Singapore-

Delivery for all orders to Singapore addresses are FREE and will be carried out by dispatch, local mail or picked up at a designated collection point. All orders will be dispatched only when payment is received and confirmed.

United States of America-

Delivery for all orders from USA are FREE for orders over SG$100, otherwise shipping is SG$8.50 Product arrives in 2 - 7 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service Ground Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS. All orders will be dispatched only when payment is received and confirmed.

South East Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Laos) -

South East Asia orders are shipped via Singpost registered mail or worldwide premium shipping (depending on location of distribution center). Shipping and handling will be SG$40.00 + SG$3.00 per item. Arrival of products will be in 7 - 12 business days. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

Worldwide-

International orders are shipped via USPS International Express for SG$40.00 + SG$3.00 per item. Arrival of products will be in 7 - 12 business days and will likely not have tracking. Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

CANCELLATIONS

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.

RETURNS

Singapore

Products ordered from us can be returned within 24 hours of receipt for a 50% refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. Please note that the right to return the products to us will not apply if the product packaging has been opened, if the product has been used or if the product has been customised specifically for you.

United States and Worldwide

Products ordered can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Please note that the right to return the goods to us will not apply if the product packaging has been opened, if the product has been used or if the product has been customised specifically for you.
