1. Where do you source your perfumes?

Perfume Hypermart would like to assure our customers that all our perfumes are sourced from reputable local and foreign suppliers who also distribute to major department stores and shops around the world.

2. Why are most of your prices lower than departmental store prices?

Departmental stores charge a high price for their products as they have high rental and overhead costs. You pay a high price to cover their costs. Perfume Hypermart is currently an internet-based company with no storefront. We are thus able to pass the costs savings in overheads to you.

3. When will you have a store I can visit?

Very soon! Watch out for our Perfume Hypermart stores coming to a neighbourhood near you! And don’t worry, with our no-frills, no-fuss business concept, our prices will still remain just as great.

4. How do I pay for my purchases?

You can pay by choosing one of the following methods
•    PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card
•    POSB/DBS Bank Transfer

5. How will I receive my purchases?

For customers with a Singapore address, your purchases will be delivered FREE by dispatch or Singpost within 7 working days once payment has been received and confirmed. Purchases delivered by Singpost will be sent by Registered Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number for your purchase. Visit http://singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp and key in the tracking code to track your article.

6. Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we do. We have a reputable partner company who will handle all overseas transaction and shipment.

7. Are your prices final?

Yes, all our prices are final. We do have sales and discounts periodically so do check back with us often.

8. Is your website orders secure?

Yes, our website is secured with Komodo SSL Certificate to ensure your accounts created are safe. In addition, we are a Paypal verified merchant and all orders are processed through Paypal which has very high standards of data encryption to ensure that your credit card information are safe. We do not store your credit card information on our site.
